Access the Client Area

Open your web browser and navigate to the Client Area.

Log in to your account

Enter your registered Email and Password, then click the Login button.

Select your service

From your dashboard, click on the name of the service you wish to cancel to open the management panel.

Initiate cancellation

Click the Actions button in the top-right corner and select Request Cancellation from the dropdown menu.

Submit your request

Briefly describe your reason for leaving and choose your preferred cancellation type before confirming.

Choosing a Cancellation Type

Immediate Cancellation

The service is flagged for instant termination. Access to your files and control panel is revoked almost immediately. Use this only if you no longer need any data from the server.

End of Billing Period

Your service remains fully operational until your current paid term expires. This allows you to use the remaining time while ensuring no future invoices are generated.
RaveNodes is not responsible for data retention once a cancellation request is processed and the server has been terminated. Please back up your data beforehand.
