Access the Client Area

Open your web browser and head to the Client Area.

Log in to your account

Enter your registered Email and Password, then click the Login button.

Navigate to the dashboard

Once logged in, you will see your services listed on the dashboard, where you can select and manage them individually.

Service Status Indications

Active: This green indicator means your service is online and fully accessible.
Suspended: This means your service is offline, typically due to an unpaid invoice or a Terms of Service violation.
Terminated: This indicates the service has been permanently deleted. Please note that data recovery is not possible for terminated services.
Fraud: This status appears if a service was flagged for being purchased with unauthorized payment methods, such as stolen cards.
