Visit the Login Page

Navigate to the Client Area in your web browser.

Request a password reset

Click on the Forgot Password? link located below the login form.

Enter your email

Provide the Email Address associated with your account and click the Submit button.

Check your inbox

Look for an automated email from Ravenodes containing a password reset link. Be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Set a new password

Click the link in the email, enter your new Password, and confirm it. You can now log in to your dashboard with your new credentials.
For security reasons, reset links expire after a short period. If the link doesn’t work, simply request a new one.
