Verify eligibility

Ensure your service type and purchase date align with our refund policy. Check the requirements below before proceeding.

Open a support ticket

Log in to the Client Area and navigate to Submit a Ticket. Select the Billing department.

Provide request details

Include your Invoice Number, the Service Name, and a brief explanation for the refund. This feedback helps us improve our platform.

Submit and await review

Click Submit. Our billing specialists will review your request and process eligible refunds within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Policy Details

Refundable Services

Game Servers, Web Hosting, and VPS are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of the initial purchase.

Valid Reasons

Refunds are granted if our services are underperforming (e.g., persistent downtime). Please note that a “change of mind” is not a valid reason for a refund.
Once a refund is processed, the associated service and all stored data will be permanently terminated.
